UPDATES

The newest addition!

Saturday, January 2nd, 2010. Filed under General, Fanlistings. Leave a comment?

I give to you Like Family, the Criminal Minds relationship between the 7 main characters. If you’re a fan of this awesomeness, please join!

In other news, it seems I may have to disable hotlinking once again. In the last week alone, I had some girl use one of my FL images on her Myspace, and today I found one of my images being used as the main icon image on some message board… on every single thread. If that doesn’t suck up space… *shakes head* Anyway, in the first instance, it’s been removed (I won’t go into my revenge tactic, lol) and on this newest one, well… it shouldn’t be long until it’s removed, too. Ugh.

Fastest approval ever!

I applied for something under the Relationships: TV category and was approved a day (maybe two) later. I think that’s the fastest I’ve ever been approved for a fanlisting! I’m not going to say what it is, just that it’s Criminal Minds related. Of course, you could always check the upcoming list at TFL, too. =P It’s something I’ve gone back-and-forth on for awhile, but finally gave in. I’m hoping to work on that this weekend and next.

New Fanlisting!

I meant to blog about this weeks ago, but totally forgot. Or maybe I’ve just been lazy… haha. Anyway, I applied and was approved for The Wonder Years, one of the greatest shows of all time, ever. I’ve been resisting for months, hoping somebody else would apply, but I gave in. Go and join!!

Buttons!

Sunday, September 6th, 2009. Filed under Collective. Leave a comment?

I finally got around to making some new buttons, so if any affiliates want to change theirs, feel free. They’re pretty much the same ones I had before, just with the new collective name. Exciting, eh?

Same collective, new domain.

Sunday, August 23rd, 2009. Filed under General. Leave a comment?

So most people know by now (between my tweets and posts at TFL) that I moved my collective from its kinky-turtle.net subdomain to this one. I came home from work one day and was adding pending members, when I decided I wanted a seperate domain for my fanlistings/collective. (Okay, so this has been an on-again, off-again thought for quite awhile…). Anyway, I wanted something that ‘fit’ fanlistings in general, such as ‘i-love’ or… something. So I started popping names into an availability generator (for lack of a better term), and the phrase ‘i-heart’ suddenly came to me, as if it were meant to be. I tweeted about how I wanted the domain, but didn’t know if I should purchase it, due to being lazy and not wanting to transfer all my fanlistings over, lol. In the end, the new domain won out (it took all of five minutes to decide this…) and it was registered almost immediately. Currently, all fanlistings have been moved, and TFL has been notified about the changes. Members and affiliates for both my fanlistings and collective have been emailed and notified as well. The only thing left to do is update my info on my joined fanlistings, but I really dread doing that, as I’ve joined close to 200. (Which really isn’t a lot, compared to some, but still.) I also need to make new affiliate buttons and work on some subpages, but those things will have to wait. At least for now. But seeing as this domain is less than a week old, I’d say it’s definitely coming along!
